- Prescriptions and refills
- Bring a prescription from any doctor to our counter. We fill new prescriptions and refills in person.
- Prescription transfers
- Moving from another pharmacy? Ask at the counter or by phone, and we arrange the transfer.
- Minor ailments
- A pharmacist can assess and prescribe for 28 common conditions, like pink eye and cold sores. The assessment is free with your OHIP card.
- Flu shots and vaccines
- Publicly funded vaccines, like the flu shot, are free for eligible people with an OHIP card.
- MedsCheck
- A free, private review of all your medicines with a pharmacist, for eligible Ontario residents.
- Free weekly blister packs
- Your medicines sorted by day and time into sealed weekly packs, at no charge.
- Insurance billed at the counter
- We send the claim to your drug plan, so you pay only your share.
- Travel health
- Advice and vaccines before you travel. Most travel vaccines are not covered by OHIP.

Finding us
We are at 10288 Yonge St, Unit 5, on the west side of Yonge Street at Wright Street, in the historic village core of downtown Richmond Hill.
- Landmark. We are next to the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts.
- From Major Mackenzie Drive. Go north on Yonge Street for about 800 metres.
- Parking. Park free in the plaza lot, right at our door. There are no steps at the entrance.
- By bus. Viva Blue stops at the Crosby vivastation on Yonge Street, a short walk north of us.
- Hospital. Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital, at 10 Trench Street, is about 1.7 km away by car, via Centre Street West and Trench Street.
- Nearby areas. We sit at the edge of the Mill Pond neighbourhood. Everyone is welcome, from Mill Pond and Crosby to Oak Ridges, Richvale and Bayview Hill, and from Thornhill, Vaughan, Markham, Aurora and North York.
